Articulo 4.° El Gobierno Nacional hará entrega de la Escuela con su organización técnica y pedagógica, al Departamento de Boyacá, a cuyo cargo quedará su sostenimiento y desarrollo de acuerdo con las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones que le dé la Dirección de Enseñanza Industrial del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
