Ley 200 de 1995 · por la cual se adopta el Código Disciplinario Único.

Dentro del término de ejecutoria del auto que deniega el recurso de apelación se interpondrá y sustentará el recurso de queja, se solicitará la expedición de las copias pertinentes las cuales se expedirán en un término no mayor de dos (2) días, y se enviarán por el funcionario competente, por cuenta del recurrente al superior funcional para que lo decida.

Si el recurso no se sustenta dentro del término indicado se desechará.

Si quien conoce del recurso necesitare copias de otras actuaciones procesales ordenará al competente que las remita a la mayor brevedad posible.
