°. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de su publicación, y sustituye el Capítulo 3 del Título 12 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1083 de 2015, deroga el Decreto número 455 de 2020 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 859 de 2025 · por el cual se sustituye el Capítulo 3 del Título 12 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1083 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector de la Función Pública, en el sentido de reglamentar parcialmente la Ley 581 de 2000, modificada por la Ley 2424 de 2024.
