El Gobierno Nacional, al hacer uso de la autorización que le confiere el artículo anterior, gestionará la modificación de la escritura de constitución de la sociedad comercial en el sentido de que el hotel de turismo que se construya en la ciudad de Manizales lleve el nombre de "Luz Marina", en homenaje a la soberana de la belleza universal en el año 1958.
