TÉRMINO PARA PRESENTAR DESCARGOS. El auto de cargos se notificará personalmente al investigado informándole que dispone de un término de seis (6) días, contados a partir del siguiente de su notificación o de la desfijación del edicto, para presentar sus descargos, solicitar o aportar pruebas, si lo estima conveniente. Durante ese término el expediente permanecerá a su disposición.
