Para recibir el Certificado de Reembolso Tributario el proveedor deberá constituir una garantía ante el Banco de la República por un valor igual al CERT y la cual se hará efectiva si no se realiza la entrega de los bienes contratados. La garantía se cancelará cuando el proveedor presente al Banco de la República la certificación que acredite la entrega de los bienes a la entidad oficial respectiva.
