El artículo 47 del decreto 1046 de 1978 quedara así: De la base de liquidación de la prima de servicios . La prima a que se refiere el artículo anterior se liquidara sobre los Siguientes factores de salario: a) el sueldo básico fijado por la ley para el respectivo cargo; b) los auxilios de alimentación y transporte; c) los gastos de representación y d) los incrementos salariales por antigüedad a que se refiere el artículo 38 del presente decreto.
