º . El término para la formación y el perfeccionamiento del sumario será de treinta días, o de sesenta cuando se investiguen delitos conexos, o sean dos o más los procesados.

Parágrafo

Dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes a la iniciación de un sumario, el funcionario correspondiente deberá dar aviso de ella al Procurador del Distrito, al Juez de conocimiento y al Personero Municipal.
