Tránsito de vehículos automotores y de transporte fluvial . Los gobernadores y/o los alcaldes, de conformidad con lo recomendado en los respectivos Consejos Departamentales y Municipales de Seguridad o Comités de Orden Público, podrán restringir la circulación de vehículos automotores, embarcaciones, motocicletas, o de estas con acompañantes, durante el periodo que se estime conveniente, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
