Remisión al Ministerio de Educación Nacional del acto administrativo por el que se conforma o actualiza el Banco de Oferentes. La entidad territorial certificada deberá remitir con carácter informativo al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, copia de los actos administrativos mediante los cuales se conformó o actualizó el Banco de Oferentes, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que dichos actos queden en firme, así como cualquier otra información que le sea solicitada por el Ministerio.
