Art. 6º. La Policía Nacional no permitirá que se fijen carteles en que se hagan excitaciones sediciosas, y hará destruir en el acto los que con tal carácter se hubieren fijado.

Parágrafo

Considérase sediciosa toda excitación que tienda directa o indirectamente á perturbar el orden público.
