Los escritos de apelación deben presentarse dentro de los términos legales, personalmente ante la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales o ante cualquier entidad administrativa o judicial de la República. En la nota de presentación, debe dejarse constancia, por el respectivo funcionario, de la fecha en que dicha presentación tiene lugar. Si llegaren a la Jefatura escritos sin este requisito, se tendrá como fecha de presentación la del registro correspondiente.
