El grado de Cabo 2º, Marinero o Suboficial 3º en el Ejército, Armada y Fuerza Aérea, respectivamente, de que tratan los artículos 52 y 52 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, será conferido por el Comandante de Fuerza mediante Orden Administrativa de Personal, a solicitud del Comandante del Instituto o cuerpo en que se haya adelantado el curso.
