Art. 4° Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos y todos los empleados públicos de cualquiera clase y denominación que sean, tendrán la obligación de remitir periódicamente al Ministerio de Fomento, con destino a la Oficina de Estadística, todos los datos, informes y demás conocimientos que se pidan por el mismo Ministerio.
