° El Ministerio de Educación Nacional llevará, a cabo a través del ICCE, la construcción y remodelación de los establecimientos educativos en las regiones que hayan estado afectadas por enfrentamiento armado o acciones subversivas y reubicará personal docente para que preste sus servicios en esas zonas.
