Los Magistrados de la Corte Militar y del Tribunal Superior Militar y los empleados subalternos de esas corporaciones, tendrán vacaciones colectivas a partir del 20 de diciembre de cada año. En las oficinas de Justicia Penal Militar que solo tengan dos empleados, las vacaciones se concederán a ambos simultáneamente. Los servicios de la Justicia Penal Militar no comprendidos en ninguno de los casos anteriores, tendrán vacaciones individuales en la época en que lo permitan las necesidades del servicio.
