Artículo cuarto. El artículo 264 del Código Civil quedará así: "Los padres, de común acuerdo, dirigirán la educación de sus hijos menores y su formación moral e intelectual, del modo que crean más conveniente para éstos; asimismo, colaborarán conjuntamente en su crianza, sustentación y establecimiento. En los anteriores términos se sustituye el artículo 23 del Decreto 2820 de 1974.
