Los asegurados obligatorios que gocen de su pensión de invalidez o vejez, o de pensión vitalicia resultante de un accidente de trabajo o de una enfermedad profesional, continuaran sujetos al seguro obligatorio, de enfermedad-maternidad mediante el pago de cuotas calculadas sobre el monto de sus pensiones.
