Cuando se haya interpuesto oportunamente el recurso de apelación contra un fallo de primera instancia, dictado por un Procurador Regional o un Delegando para la Vigilancia o Contratación Administrativa; y se solicitare la revocación directa ce dicho acto, se rechazará la petición por improcedente a través de providencia sumaria no susceptible de recurso gubernativo. Cuando haya interpuesto oportunamente el recuso de reposición contra el fallo de única instancia se rechazará, la petición por inmprocedente a través de providencia de trámite no susceptible de recurso gubernativo,
