Art. 30. Para las seguridades del remate será admisible toda finca raíz situada dentro de la República, á juicio de la Junta, previa la comprobación de la propiedad y libertad de ella. También serán admisibles, en lugar de fianza hipotecaria, fianzas personales ó de cualquiera otra especie, todo á juicio de la Junta Directiva.
