Art. 7° Las demandas y pruebas sobre jubilación se presentarán ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia quien con Audiencia del Procurador General de la Nación y con facultad de disponer la práctica de las diligencias que estime necesarias, resolverá si el interesado es acreedor ó no a la pensión civil ó jubilación solicitada. .
