º Los gastos que demanda el cumplimiento de la presente Ley serán incluidos en el actual Presupuesto Nacional, o en algunos adicionales, o en los presupuestos subsiguientes. De todos modos el Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para hacer las adiciones o traslados en el Presupuesto Nacional, a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
