amends decreto 663/93

El numeral 2 del artículo 75 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así:

Excepciones relativas a los establecimientos bancarios. Los directores y representantes legales de los establecimientos bancarios podrán hacer parte de las juntas directivas de las corporaciones financieras y compañías de financiamiento comercial de las cuales sean accionistas. De igual forma, los directores y representantes legales de las compañías de seguros que participen en el capital de las corporaciones financieras, dentro de los límites que deban observar de acuerdo con su régimen de inversiones, podrán hacer parte de las juntas directivas de tales corporaciones.
