Art. 12° Si del exámen de los bultos resultase que su contenido, no esta de acuerdo con el manifiesto, i que el ajustamiento de la Aduana no lo está con las disposiciones del arancel i demas leyes de la materia, la Oficina de Comercio formará un nuevo ajustamiento del que dará copia al interesado. De las diferencias que resulten entre el manifiesto, el ajustamiento de la Aduana, i el ajustamiento de la Oficina de Comercio se dará parte a la Aduana respectiva i al Poder Ejecutivo. En todo lo demas se procederá con arreglo al artículo anterior.
