Art. 2542. Prescriben en tres años los gastos judiciales enumerados en el título 7.°, libro 1.° del Código Judicial de la Unión, inclusos los honorarios de los defensores; los de médicos i cirujanos; los de directores o profesores de colegios i escuelas; los de ingenieros i agrimensores, i en general de los que ejercen cualquiera profesión liberal.
