º El Consejo de Seguridad, creado por el artículo 14 del Decreto extraordinario 3169 de 1968, estará integrado por: El Ministro de Gobierno, quien lo presidirá; El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores; El Ministro de Justicia; El Ministro de Defensa Nacional, y El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad. La Secretaría del Consejo, que estará a cargo del Secretario General del Ministerio de Gobierno, elaborará para cada reunión una agenda de trabajo, previa consulta con cada uno de sus integrantes, la cual deberá ser puesta en conocimiento de ellos con una antelación no menor de 72 horas a la en que se vaya a efectuar la reunión. Las actas de las sesiones reposarán en la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Gobierno
