Siempre que el propietario de una mina matriculada desee hacer uso del certificado de inscripción ante cualquier empleado o funcionario público del orden administrativo, deberá ponerlo al orden del día, haciendo que por la oficina respectiva se complete con las constancias que obren en el libro de matrícula hasta esa fecha y con la certificación de que está vigente. Sin este requisito no tendrá valor alguno el certificado de matrícula. CAPITULO IV Catastro y estadística de la propiedad minera.
