RÉGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO . Además de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, los trabajadores oficiales del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional quedan sujetos al régimen disciplinario previsto para los empleados públicos en el presente Estatuto, y en consecuencia, no podrán sindicalizarse ni elevar peticiones colectivas por mediar razones de defensa nacional.
