ARTICULO 1 º. Aprobar el Acuerdo No. 026 del 3 de noviembre de 1993, expedido por la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, mediante el cual se introducen reformas a los estatutos internos de la entidad, y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 026 DE 1993 (noviembre 3) Por el cual se reforman los Estatutos Internos del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, en uso de las facultades previstas en los artículos 26 del Decreto Extraordinario 1050 de 1968 y 5º de la Ley 135 de 1961, ACUERDA:
