Parágrafo 2

del artículo 259 del Estatuto Tributario, cuando los descuentos tributarios estén originados exclusivamente en certificados de reembolso tributario, CERT, la determinación del impuesto a cargo no podrá ser inferior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del impuesto a cargo determinado por el sistema de renta presuntiva sobre patrimonio líquido, antes de cualquier descuento.
