Article 1

Para Lo Efectos De Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 59 Del Decreto 1250 De 1970, Los Registradores De Instrumentos Públicos Y Privados Harán Entrega A La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Y A Los Nuevos Registradores De Instrumentos Públicos Y Privados, Por Inventario Riguroso, De Los Trabajadores En Curso, Archivos, Muebles Que Sean De La Nación, Departamentos O Municipios, Y Consignarán El Valor De Los Primeros A Orden De La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Para Que Su Monto Sea Entregado Al Fondo Especial De Que Trata El Artículo 67 Del Decreto 1250 Del Año En Curso

Para lo efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 del Decreto 1250 de 1970, los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados harán entrega a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y a los nuevos Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados, por inventario riguroso, de los trabajadores en curso, archivos, muebles que sean de la Nación, Departamentos o Municipios, y consignarán el valor de los primeros a orden de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro para que su monto sea entregado al fondo especial de que trata el artículo 67 del Decreto 1250 del año en curso.

Parágrafo

En la misma forma se procederá para la entrega de la Oficina de Registro de Bogotá, de que trata el artículo 5° del Decreto 1254 de 1970.
