Parágrafo

al artículo 8º del Decreto 975 de 2004, modificado por los Decretos 1526 y 4429 de 2005, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Para el departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina el valor del subsidio aplicable en cualquiera de las modalidades establecidas en la normatividad vigente, será hasta de 21 smlmv y podrá aplicarse en viviendas cuyo valor no supere los 135 smlmv.
