Adiciónase la partida apropiada por medio del Decreto número. 2004 de 27 de noviembre último, para la ejecución de varias obras relacionadas con la conmemoración del centenario de la muerte del Libertador, con las siguientes sumas:

Parágrafo

Las sumas anteriores se tomarán de la partida apropiada en el capítulo 73, artículo 785, del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, y los trabajos se desarrollarán de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los Decretos números 1997 y 2004 de 1930.
