º Recibida la solicitud para el reconocimiento de la personería jurídica o reformas estatutarias de asociaciones de pensionados de primero, segundo y tercer grados, la Sección de Control de Instituciones de Previsión Social de la División de Estudio y Control de la Seguridad Social, tendrá un término de diez (10) días para examinar los documentos, formular las objeciones que sean pertinentes en el trámite de la solicitud y conceptuar sobre la viabilidad de la misma.
