Autorízase al Gobierno para adicionar, con los saldes sobrantes liquidados en las apropiaciones de los Ministerios de Hacienda e Industrias, y en la cantidad de mil ochocientos sesenta pesos ($ 1,860), la partida de setenta y ocho mil doscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 78,240), apropiada en la Ley 77 de 1930 , Capítulo 3.°, artículo 5.°, para sueldos de los empleados del Consejo de Estado en el presente año.
