Art. 1.° La Escuela dará enseñanza pública y gratuita sobre Minería y Metalurgia y las demás ciencias relacionadas con éstas, á las personas que la soliciten y que, teniendo los necesarios requisitos, se sometan á las disposiciones del Decreto que la restableció, á las de estos Estatutos y á las demás que tenga á bien dictar el Consejo Directivo.
