El incumplimiento de cualquiera de los compromisos que constan en el acta a que alude el artículo anterior, faculta al Comité definido en el artículo 5° para suspender o retirar las medidas de protección otorgadas. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil y/o penal a que haya lugar, por los hechos u omisiones en que pudieren incurrir los beneficiarios del programa. De igual forma los beneficiarios del Programa son responsables por los daños y perjuicios que ocasionen a terceros, con los bienes y elementos suministrados.
