Tan pronto como el Poder Ejecutivo reciba aviso oficial de haberse acordado la construcción de las obras indispensables para los efectos del artículo anterior, dispondrá quo se pongan los ocho mil pesos a la orden del Presidente del Estado de Santander, en el Banco de Bucaramanga, para que sean aplicados relijiosamente a su objeto.
