Artículo sexto. El Departamento Administrativo de Planeación tendrá, bajo la dirección del Jefe del Departamento, la estructura, organización, personal, equipo y elementos que determine el Gobierno y que sean necesarios para el desarrollo y eficaz cumplimiento de las funciones que le competen.
