La Compañía queda obligada a ejecutar a sus espensas, riesgos i peligros, todos los trabajos necesarios para el establecimiento i construccion del canal de comunicacion entre los dos Oceanos, por la línea que señalen en cualquiera de los puntos comprendidos en el territorio que demarca el artículo 1.
