ARTICULO 10. Ingreso al Cuerpo Profesional Especial. Para ser nombrado como Agente Profesional Especial, el Agente Profesional deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos

Acreditar aptitud sicofísica.

Aprobar los exámenes de competencia.

Obtener concepto favorable de una Junta de Oficiales nombrada por la Dirección General que evaluará la trayectoria profesional.
