ART 195. Son injurias más graves:

Las que se refieran á vicios ó faltas de moralidad cuyas consecuencias puedan perjudicar gravemente la fama, el crédito ó los intereses del agraviado;

Las que por su naturaleza, ocasión ó circunstancias especiales fueren tenidas en concepto público por afrentosas;

Las que racionalmente merezcan la calificación de más graves, atendido el estado, dignidad y circunstancias especiales del ofendido y del ofensor.
