Sistemas de Información Integral . El Sistema General de Regalías tendrá un sistema de información integral que permita disponer y dar a conocer los datos acerca de su funcionamiento, operación y estado financiero. El Sistema Presupuestal del Sistema General de Regalías dispondrá de herramientas de información que optimicen los componentes del mismo, buscando su articulación con las demás funciones del Sistema y del control fiscal. Para tales efectos, se podrá solicitar información a los beneficiarios del Sistema General de Regalías, de conformidad con las disposiciones de la Comisión Rectora en las siguientes materias: métodos y procedimientos de información y de sistematización, lineamientos sobre registros presupuestales que deberán seguir los ordenadores de gasto y sobregiro a beneficiario final.
