La autoridad aeronáutica llevará un registro de aeródromos en el cual se hará constar su clase y categoría, el nombre del explotador y demás datos pertinentes.
El nombre del explotador sólo podrá cambiarse a petición suya por escrito y con aceptación del nuevo explotador, en la misma forma.
