Los Notarios y Registradores tienen también la obligación de dar aviso a la Dirección General de Lazaretos, de los casos en que los Jueces o Alcaldes autoricen particiones de herencias, sin darle aviso previo a los Agentes recaudadores del impuesto sobre sucesiones y donaciones, a fin de que dicha entidad promueva las acciones conducentes a establecer la responsabilidad en que hayan incurrido esos funcionarios.
