Dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes al cierre de la investigación, el investigador remitirá el informe, con la sugerencia de la medida que a su juicio se deba tomar, ante el funcionario que lo designó quien lo enviará al Comité o Consejo, según la calificación sugerida, en un lapso no mayor de quince (15) días anexando todos los documentos que conforman el expediente.
