° El Administrador de la Aduana, y en su defecto el Jefe de la Sección del Muelle, puede decidir en cualquier caso si la permanencia de un buque atracado al muelle es o no perjudicial para éste o para el buen servicio, y en caso positivo puede disponer la inmediata separación del barco.
