De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los articulo 12 del Decreto numero 923 de 1942 y 46 del Decreto numero 1025 del mismo año, las disposiciones del presente Decreto rigen en todas sus partes para los Suboficiales de Infantería de Marina, y en cuanto sean aplicables tanto en lo referente a sueldos de retiro como a retiro y separación, para el personal de clases de la Armada Nacional.
