La inspección técnica se ejerce por uno ó más Ingenieros inspectores, y la administrativa por uno ó más Comisarios inspectores. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Fomento fija en cada caso el número de los Inspectores y su sueldo y los nombra y remueve libremente.
