Las visas deberán ser expedidas dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a su autorización y tendrán que ser utilizadas dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha de su expedición. Vencido este plazo se considerará caducada la autorización respectiva. La validez de la visa se contará a partir de la fecha de ingreso al país, salvo que ésta contemple fecha fija de vencimiento.
